What is Workplace Spirituality? Workplace spirituality is a way of describing a particular company's culture, ethos or well-being.

Spirit at Work recognizes that people perform at their best when they are healthy, not only physically and mentally, but spiritually and emotionally as well. Our coaches are specially equipped to help your employees bring their best to work every day.
Spirit at Work coaches are spiritual, but not religious. We honor the human spirit in each individual that longs for passion, purpose and connection. It is through exploring these areas that one finds true meaning - on the job and in life. Our coaches are trained to listen and to help our clients find answers within themselves. We are non-sectarian, non-judgmental and LGBTQ-affirming.
HOLISTIC
We help businesses care for the whole person so that they can bring all of themselves to their work. We can provide coaching on a wide variety of areas, including interpersonal skills, co-worker conflict, spiritual or “meaning of life” issues, or personal growth and ethics. We also have trained counselors who can provide crisis counseling for teams or individuals.
LOCAL
We are not an 800 number. Our coaches are local Austin professionals who are available 24/7 to meet and talk with your staffers. We can meet people at their place of business, in a local coffee shop or on a park bench, during work hours or after hours. By being local we are in tune with Austin and its one-of-a-kind culture.
RELATIONAL
We won't be strangers. Much of our work is just getting to know your staff and forming trusting relationships. We believe that trust is only built through ongoing positive interactions. You can find our coaches attending company events, walking around offices or shop floors to say hello, or hosting lunchtime learning seminars on a variety of spiritual and personal growth topics.
